Pristine Paws will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.

At Pristine Paws, your pet’s safety (and yours!) comes first. That’s why we clean our tools and shoes with a professional-grade disinfectant after every visit to prevent the spread of bacteria between yards. We also snap a photo of your gate once we’ve finished scooping—so you can rest easy knowing it’s locked up and secure. Plus, every team member is background checked, so you always know who’s in your yard.

No commitments, no pressure! You’re free to start, pause, or cancel your service whenever you’d like. Just update your preferences in your customer portal or give us a quick call—we’re always happy to help.

Absolutely—we’re happy to scoop with your pup in the yard! All we ask is that if your dog has ever shown signs of aggression, you keep them indoors during your scheduled service. Our team’s safety is super important, and if a dog becomes aggressive, we may have to ask that they be brought inside—or, in some cases, we may not be able to continue service.

Yes, you can absolutely request a specific cleanup day! While we may not have every day available in your area, we usually offer 2–3 options that work well with your schedule. To keep our pricing affordable, we optimize routes based on location—so availability may be limited depending on where you’re located. We’ll always do our best to find a time that works for you!

We don’t schedule exact arrival times—but there’s a good reason! To keep your costs low, we optimize our routes the night before based on drive time and location. That said, you’ll still know when we’re coming! We send an “on the way” text before we arrive and a photo of your secured gate once we’re done, so you can feel confident your yard (and pup) are safe and sound.

Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. We will always take the waste off your property and properly dispose of it with Waste Management.

Pristine Paws has service plans starting as low as $55 per month. However, pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs. Most of our clients end up paying between $70 and $100 per month.
