How do I pay?

We use a client portal for all payments. If you did not sign up through the Instant Quote button on our website, a Pristine Paws representative will create an account for you and email your login details. Setup takes less than two minutes. In your portal, you can view invoices, track past cleanups, and securely link your credit or debit card. Once your card is connected, invoices are automatically generated and paid, and receipts are emailed to you.

Note:

Your card must be linked to your account by the time we arrive for your cleanup. If it is not connected, we will attempt to contact you and knock on your door. If no contact is made, your cleanup will be rescheduled to the next available date—which, depending on the season, may be several weeks out. If you need help connecting your card, we are always available at 727-999-9160.

Do you bill monthly?

Yes. Billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. Payments for initial or one-time cleanups are due on the day before your first cleanup, prior to service being performed. Any recurring visits scheduled after your initial cleanup will also be billed on the day before your first or 1 time service. Billing timing may vary based on the subscription type associated with your account.

Note:

If you are on a bi-weekly or once-per-month plan, you will be billed for the following month’s services on the day before your initial/1 time cleanup.

For Recurring Services

On your first cleanup, we will bill for the initial service and prorate the remainder of the month at the same time. After that, you will be fully set up for 1st-of-the-month billing.

Promotions

Promotional offers that include free cleanup apply only to the specified service. All remaining services are billed at the standard rate on the day of the initial cleanup. Promotional benefits are limited to those explicitly stated in the offer.

Annual and Quarterly Subscription Policy

Clients may cancel at any time; however, Annual and Quarterly subscription fees are non-refundable. Refund exceptions may be considered at Pristine Paw’s sole discretion in accordance with our refund review process. Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee eligibility for a refund

You will be billed for the remainder of the month along with the initial cleanup if engaging in recurring services!

Next payment is due the 1st of the following month.

If payment is not received before your first cleanup of the month you will be removed from the service schedule until payment is processed. Services billed for the month are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel, we are more than happy to clean for the remainder of the month for you if needed.

Pristine Paws uses the data we collect to operate our business, analyze performance, and continue to provide 5-star service. By accepting the terms and conditions, you give Pristine Paws permission to use collected information for advertising and marketing purposes. This may include sending promotional communications, targeting advertising, and presenting you with relevant offers.

Note:

If you are on a bi weekly or once per month cleanup plan, you will be billed for the following months' services on the day of the initial cleanup.

For Recurring -

On your first cleanup, we will bill for the initial cleanup as well as prorate the remainder of the month at the same time. Then, you're all set up for 1st of the month billing.

What time will you be at my home?

With respect to scheduling, we are unable to provide a timeframe on your scoop day. We have many yards to clean, and our routes are constantly being optimized for efficiency. This also helps keep our rates low for you! Our routes run from around 7am to dark. 

Communication is important and you will always receive notice via text when we are on the way. We provide about 60 minutes notice, so you are properly informed of our arrival. If you are at the beginning of our route, you will likely receive a 15-30 minute on the way text. We don’t want to bother you at 6am. Your scoop day will be the same day each week. If your service day ever changes, we will always communicate with you in advance. 

Do I have to be home when you clean?

No, you do not have to be home when we clean. We simply ask for easy access to your gate. We can also clean with the doggies in the yard as long as they are very friendly. Our team loves all animals - it’s why we started Pristine Paws! Once the cleanup is completed, we will send a picture of your closed gate to your email on file, so you have records of it.

Note: If our staff has never met your dogs before and you are home, please let the technician know ahead of time that you will be letting the dogs out for an introduction. We don’t want to startle anyone! 

What Happens If my Service Day is on a Holiday?

Great question! If your service day falls on a major holiday, we will skip that week's cleanup and perform double dooty the following week or reschedule.

Do you disinfect your equipment? 

Yes! We disinfect our equipment after each cleanup with an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. 

Do You Take The Waste Away?

Due to the excessive amount of accumulated waste, we know it matters that we take the dog waste with us! Once the cleanup is complete, we will take the waste inside with us after we are all done.

Privacy Policy: 

Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to Pristine Paws and Black Label Customs LLC and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Black Label Customs LLC include Pristinepaws.net and Pristine Paws. The Pristine Paws website is a Marketing & Promotions site. By using the Pristine Paws website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, Swoop Scoop may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

  • First and Last Name

  • Mailing & Physical Address

  • E-mail Address

  • Phone Number

  • Information about your home such as gate locations, areas to be cleaned. 

  • Information about your pets including names & birthdays. 

If you purchase Pristine Paw’s products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction

Pristine Paws may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your:

  • Age

  • Gender

  • Household Income

  • Locations 

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through Pristine Paw’s public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

Use of your Personal Information

Pristine Paws collects and uses your personal information to operate and deliver the services you have requested.

Pristine Paws may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Pristine Paws and its affiliates.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

Pristine Paws does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

Pristine Paws may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is transferred to the third party. Pristine Paws may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Pristine Paws, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

Pristine Paws may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Pristine Paws or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Pristine Paws; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Pristine Paws, or the public.

Pristine Paws may utilize user information on 3rd party advertising platforms such as google ads, facebook ads, or other social media sites, and marketing channels.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Pristine Paws. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Pristine Paws website

User that receive a free quote on Pristinepaws.pet and provide their phone number agree to receive calls and text message from Swoop Scoop, including for marketing and promotional purposes. 

Users may opt out of these messages in the future by replying “stop” 

From time to time, Pristine Paws may contact you via SMS/Text Message for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an SMS message from Pristine Paws or click on a link therein.
